Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study directions of further global and national development and to analyze the current state of orientation in this area. In accordance with this goal, the task of this study is to systematize the challenges and opportunities in Ukraine that arise in connection with these changes for business representatives in the field of management. The development of modern management and business technologies of Ukraine takes place in specific directions. One of the main ones is innovative. That is, management pays more attention to innovation and flexibility, which enables organizations to quickly respond to rapidly changing external conditions. In addition, an important direction is the development of diversity, inclusiveness. Management will increasingly use remote and flexible working in the future, harmonizing work-life balance for employees and giving organizations access to a global talent pool. And increased attention to sustainability shows that organizations strive to become socially responsible and environmentally safe. This study used a combined approach that combines elements of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The type of research we conducted belongs to descriptive research, since the main goal was to identify modern trends in the development of management and business technologies in the context of the Ukrainian economy. The results of the study confirm the opinion that the best results from the modernization of managerial activities are observed in the manufacturing sector. The scientific novelty of the study lies in its focus on how stimulating entrepreneurship through targeted state policies can drive sustainable growth in agro-industrial production. In summary, it is worth noting that the advancement of Ukraine’s agricultural sector as a full-fledged business entity involves not only enhancing production processes but also improving the entire value chain through innovation, investment, and efficient management practices. By focusing on these trends, Ukraine can solidify its position as a leader in agro-industrial production while contributing to the broader economic stability and development of the country.
